Membership Eligibility
Minors (under the age of 18) are not allowed to use the GiveMePublicity services. Also, any user who has been suspended or banned by the system of GiveMePublicity is not allowed to use the GiveMePublicity services. No user shall have more than one active account. Also selling, trading and transferring your GiveMePublicity account to any other party is strictly prohibited. If you do not qualify to above terms you are not allowed to use GiveMePublicity services.
Use of Services

Obstruct with or disrupt the GiveMePublicity Service or servers or networks connected to the GiveMePublicity Service, or do not abiding any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the GiveMePublicity Service.

GIVEMEPUBLICITY DOES NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PRECISION OR EXISTENCE OF ANY COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN USERS. GIVEMEPUBLICITY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

THE GIVEMEPUBLICITY SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS,
THE GIVEMEPUBLICITY SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE,
THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE GIVEMEPUBLICITY SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE,
THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR ATTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE GIVEMEPUBLICITY SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND
ANY KIND OF ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Entire Agreement
The User Agreement comprises of the full agreement between you and GiveMePublicity. This agreement presides over your use of the GiveMePublicity Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and GiveMePublicity.
Limitation of Liability
YOU EXPRESSLY REALIZE AND AGREE THAT GIVEMEPUBLICITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF GIVEMEPUBLICITY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSSES). SOME OF THE JURISDICTIONS DO NOT CONSENT TO THE EXCLUSION OF THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. CONSEQUENTLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
