  • Goal-oriented: One should have a high quality goal so that all the efforts of yours should be directed toward that very goal only.
  • Positive outlook: Try to develop a positive outlook for all kind of circumstances in your life.
  • Integrity: Be true to yourself and others.
  • One step at a time: Do not try to perform many actions at one time simultaneously. It will create unnecessary worry for you.
  • No comparisons: Stop comparing people and situations in your life. It will help to ease down the things.
  • Detachment: Being over attached with anyone can be a big cause of your anxiety.
  • Meditation: Meditation is a wonderful process to calm down your mind and to feel inner contentment and peace.

How to Overcome Anger

  • Deeply convince your mind that every person around you is different individual with different psychological, emotional and intellectual states hence he is bound to act differently.
  • Postpone anger – Best is for one day, if it is not possible, postpone anger by one hour if that is not possible too, then postpone anger by one minute, and even if you find that too a difficult task then postpone your anger by one second.
  • Practice relaxation techniques such as progressive relaxation by auto suggestion.
  • When you help others, just do it with a sense of service.
  • Don’t expect any return.
  • Expectations lead to disappointment, frustration and anger.
  • Recognize your inner motives. If they are not healthy, challenge them.
  • Learn to…
    • Remain comfortable when others do not act according to your desire and do not obey you.
    • Still better response is to enjoy the different behavior.
  • Improve your level of inner satisfaction by introspection, self-analysis, positive thinking and contemplation.

The success in any profession depends upon the stability of one’s mind. If you are mentally instable, no matter how due to which reason, you would not be able to perform your actions effectively and accurately. All we need is to refresh our thoughts and give a new start to it. Your positive attitude can help you to lessen down your anger. The less you become angry on things, the more you save your precious energy, and being energetic all the time is very important to get desired outcome. If you work on some strategies to cut down your anger you will be really benefited. Also we need to throw out some of the wrong beliefs from our mind that anger is necessary to get the things done by someone. You can have a good control on your subordinates by having a balanced personality and serious attitude instead. A smile can do wonders and you will never feel the necessity of anger ever in your life for anything.
